Shipping Information

Where can you deliver?

We can ship to all 50 states in the US. 

What are the shipping times?

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping takes around 15-20 business days for the item to be delivered. 

Please note that sometimes it may take up to 20-30 days to get your package for any of the following reasons:

  • we're experiencing higher than normal order volumes
  • our carrier is experiencing higher than normal requests, for example during the holiday season 
  • extreme weather events

Note: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it’s shipped to you. 

What is the shipping cost?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $3.95 per order. 

 

Payment and Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit card providers. We also accept payments through PayPal, Google and Apple Pay. The full list can be found at checkout.

Can I change my order details?

If your product has yet to be shipped, we can edit your order, no problem. If your product has already been shipped, please contact us and we can set up a return. You can email us at: colorstressaway.shop@gmail.com.

What's your return policy?

We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase for the US and Canada. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can read our full return policy below.

When will I receive a refund?

If your refund request is valid, we will process the return. A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your account. 

What’s your exchange policy?

We unfortunately don’t offer exchanges. Pieces can be returned for refund or store credit if they follow our return policy. If that's the case, you can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days after your order has been delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • item is not in its original condition

  • item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at colorstressaway.shop@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We currently do not offer exchanges.

Gifts (if applicable):
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact colorstressaway.shop@gmail.com for pertinent shipping instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
